International Deaf Leather
Contests are at the heart of IDL. They are where community members step up to represent our values, showcase their leather spirit, and compete for the honor of wearing an IDL title. These events are celebrations of leather culture, personal growth, and community pride.
In addition to our title contests, IDL presents awards that recognize individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the Deaf leather community.

The IDL Recognition Awards honor individuals, organizations, and businesses that have made significant contributions to the community. These awards celebrate the people and groups that have supported IDL and the Deaf leather community through their dedication, service, and generosity.
